　　1.Focusing Adverbs

　　焦点副词

　　焦点副词的位置一般位于句子中，或者说是“中间位置”。焦点副词会对句子中的一个部分进行强调，以便对其修饰、限制或补充额外信息。频率副词（sometimes、usually、never等），表可能性的副词（probably、certainly等）以及评论性副词（表达观点的副词，例如intelligently、expertly等）都可以用作焦点副词。比如：

　　She often forgets to take her umbrella to work.

　　她经常上班忘了带伞。

　　Sam stupidly left his computer at home instead of taking it with him to the conference.

　　萨姆笨拙地把电脑忘在家了，而不是把它带到会议上。

　　Ill certainly buy a copy of his book.
